Return Policy
Sometimes We Change Our Minds
Here at HauteMama, you, our loyal clients, are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. We’re committed to being both responsive and responsible as we move forward with everyone’s safety in mind.
You have 7 days to return in-store purchases, and 14 days to return online purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase(s), you may return them to us at your expense.
Once we receive them, we will refund the amount to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping charge.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, with tags on and unworn.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending them back, so please contact HauteMama Concierge to help start the process.

Return Conditions
For all returns:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Underwear and Shapewear
- Hosiery
Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
Order Cancellation
Did you hit the Submit Order button before you were ready? We’ll do our best to help. Contact During HauteMama Concierge hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by calling us at 1-613-592-3800.
